1. Who we are

Build Quote is operated by PRS Builders London Ltd ("we"). We prepare draft cost appraisals and quotations for building contractors from drawings and information they supply.

2. Trade customers only

The service is sold to businesses in the construction trade. By opening an account you confirm you are acting in the course of a business, not as a consumer.

3. What we deliver

Every document we prepare is a draft for your own checking. Quantities are measured from the drawings you upload or estimated from the description you give; rates are indicative for the London area unless you supplied your own. You are responsible for checking the draft, for the price you give your client and for the contract you enter into with them. We do not visit site and we do not carry out design.

4. Your material

You confirm you have the right to send us the drawings, specifications and photographs you upload and that we may use them to prepare your documents. We keep them for as long as your account is open so you can come back to a job, and delete them on request.

5. Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from a complete submission. If we need more information the clock restarts when you supply it. Express is a target, not a guarantee.

6. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the site, plus VAT. Payment is taken on delivery or as stated at checkout. If we cannot price a job from what you have sent we will tell you and not charge you.

7. Liability

Our liability for any job is limited to the fee paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract or consequential loss arising from a draft you have used without checking it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
