Who controls your data

Build Quote is operated by PRS Builders London Ltd. Contact: hello@buildquote.uk.

What we collect

Your name, company details, email and password (stored hashed); the drawings, documents, photographs and answers you upload for each job; the messages you send us; and basic server logs.

Why

To prepare the documents you ordered, to tell you when they are ready, to answer your messages and to keep the service secure. The lawful basis is performance of a contract with you.

Who sees it

Our estimators and the automated tools we use to measure and price. Your files are not sold or shared with anyone else. The service is hosted in the UK/EU.

How long

Job files are kept while your account is open so you can return to a job. Ask us and we will delete a job or your whole account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted by emailing hello@buildquote.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
